Certification: QQI level 3 Award in Science and Engineering (3M0829)
This course is designed to give all students the skills needed to progress to further training and/ or employment in the construction industry.
The course mixes both practical and academic aspects of construction skills, along with providing literacy and numeracy support, Information Technology, career guidance and advocacy. Hands on tasks are completed in a very well equipped workshop with modern machinery, supported by theory and IT classes all facilitated by qualified subject experts.
The course is fulltime over one year and provides students with a QQI level award in Science and Engineering – Junior Cert equivalent.
